The Western Zone of the Ijaw National Congress (INC) has extended warm birthday greetings to its National President, High Chief MacDonald Ebi Igbadiwei, in recognition of his leadership and dedication to the Ijaw nation.

In a goodwill message, the zone commended Igbadiwei for his commitment to promoting unity, progress, and development among Ijaw communities. The group described him as a visionary leader whose contributions continue to inspire confidence and hope across the region.

According to the statement, the National President has demonstrated a strong sense of responsibility and an unwavering commitment to advancing the interests of the Ijaw people. His leadership, the zone noted, has strengthened the congress and encouraged greater cooperation among stakeholders.

Chairman of the Host communities of Nigeria producing oil & gas (Hostcom), Ijaw Ethnic Nationality, Delta State, Comrade Kingsley T. Ikiere, has extended warm birthday greetings to the President of the Ijaw National Congress (INC) Worldwide, High Chief Hon. MacDonald Igbadiwei, describing him as an exemplary leader whose contributions have continued to advance the cause of the Ijaw people.

In a statement he personally signed on behalf of the Executive Council and the entire Host Community leadership of the Delta Ijaw Ethnic Nationality, the Hostcom Chairman celebrated the INC President’s leadership and service to the Ijaw nation.

According to the statement, “On this special occasion of your birthday, I, Comrade Kingsley T. Ikiere, on behalf of the Executive Council and the entire Host Community leadership of the Delta Ijaw Ethnic Nationality, extend our heartfelt congratulations and warm wishes to the President of the Ijaw National Congress Worldwide, High Chief Hon. MacDonald Igbadiwei.”

Ikiere commended the INC President for his commitment to the growth and development of the Ijaw people, noting that his leadership has continued to inspire many both within and outside the Ijaw nation.

He stated: “Your exemplary leadership, dedication to the advancement of the Ijaw people, and unwavering commitment to promoting unity and progress within the Ijaw nation continue to inspire many across the globe.”

The Hostcom Chairman further prayed for God’s blessings upon the INC President as he marks another year of life and service.

“As you celebrate another milestone, we pray that Almighty God blesses you with sound health, divine wisdom, renewed strength, and abundant grace to continue your remarkable service to the Ijaw nation and humanity at large.”

Expressing optimism for the future, Ikiere added: “May this new year usher in greater achievements, fulfilment, and lasting prosperity.”

He concluded the goodwill message with the words: “Happy Birthday, Sir, and many happy returns.”

The congratulatory message follows the avarlanch of goodwill from across Ijaw nation and beyond who joined in celebrating the INC Worldwide President on his birthday.

The Ijaw Publishers’ Forum (IPF) has extended warm birthday felicitations to the President of the Ijaw National Congress (INC) Worldwide, , in recognition of his leadership and contributions to the advancement of the Ijaw nation.

In a statement signed by the Secretary of the Forum, Tare Magbei, the IPF described Igbadiwei as a dedicated leader whose commitment to the Ijaw cause continues to inspire hope and progress among the people.

According to the statement, the Forum expressed delight in celebrating the INC President on the occasion of his birthday and acknowledged his role in promoting unity, development, and the collective aspirations of the Ijaw people.

The Executive Chairman of Asari-Toru Local Government Area, Hon. George Onengiyeofori, DSSRS, PhD, has congratulated Miss Tamunosoye Karibi-George on her emergence as Miss World Nigeria 2026, describing the achievement as a moment of pride for the Kalabari Kingdom, Rivers State, and the entire Niger Delta region.

In a congratulatory statement issued on Tuesday, the council chairman praised the beauty queen for her outstanding accomplishment, noting that her victory reflects the strength, intelligence, elegance, and limitless potential of women from the Niger Delta.

“It is with immense pride and joy that I extend my warmest congratulations to Miss Tamunosoye George on her well-deserved emergence as Miss World Nigeria 2026,” Onengiyeofori stated.

According to him, the newly crowned queen has brought honour and recognition to her people through her remarkable achievement on the national stage.

“Your historic achievement is a shining testament to the strength, brilliance, elegance, and limitless potential of the Niger Delta woman. As a proud daughter of Kalabari heritage, you have not only distinguished yourself but have also brought honour and recognition to our people on the national stage,” he said.

The Asari-Toru chairman noted that the local government and its people joined other Nigerians in celebrating the success of the beauty queen, whom he described as a role model for young people.

“Today, Asari-Toru joins countless well-wishers across the country in celebrating a young woman whose poise, intelligence, confidence, and commitment to excellence have earned her this prestigious crown. Your success is a source of inspiration to our young people, especially young girls, reminding them that dreams are valid and that greatness is within reach through hard work and determination,” he added.

Onengiyeofori further expressed confidence in Karibi-George’s ability to represent Nigeria positively on the global stage, while showcasing the rich cultural heritage and values of the Niger Delta people.

“As you prepare to represent Nigeria before the world, I have no doubt that you will continue to showcase the rich cultural heritage, resilience, and excellence for which our people are known,” he stated.

The council boss also prayed for a successful reign for the beauty queen, expressing hope that her new position would create greater opportunities for impact and service.
